Easy Peas n Rice with Melted Provolone Cheese

rice and peasA quick and easy vegetarian meal perfect for a lunch as it can be prepared ahead of time and heated up in the microwave. All you need is one cup of rice, a bag of frozen peas, and some provolone cheese. You can also add chopped carrots. Cook the rice and carrots and after heating up the peas mix them together, then add a slice of provolone over the rice and let it start to melt before eating.

    How could anything with cheese on it NOT be good? Of course they make some pretty realistic tasting fake cheese now I mite try it with that.
